1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and dailijili ("dailijili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dailijili website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Security

4.1 Password and Credentials

You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. dailijili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify dailijili immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. dailijili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from our negligence.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dailijili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or to an account that has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. dailijili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine AML laws. dailijili reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

dailijili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published alongside each promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 7 Game Rules and Fairness

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dailijili.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dailijili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dailijili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy

dailijili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over the matter.

14 Amendments to These Terms

dailijili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
